3.5-YARD DIRT DUMPSTER — HEAVY DEBRIS

The following materials are accepted in the 3.5-yard dirt dumpster:

• Dirt / Soil / Sod
• Clean Concrete Only
• Asphalt Only
• Mixed Block / Masonry / Concrete
• Plaster Only
• Clean Broken Floor Tile

The following materials are not accepted in the 3.5-yard dirt dumpster:

• Household junk or trash
• Interior remodeling debris
• Framing lumber or construction wood
• Mixed loads (junk combined with dense materials)
• Unapproved materials

Material compliance is required. Loads that do not meet material rules or exceed the fill line are not permitted.

The 3.5-yard dirt dumpster includes a rear drop-down wheelbarrow ramp to support ground-level loading during exterior residential projects.

This allows heavy materials such as dirt, concrete, and masonry to be rolled in rather than lifted, reducing strain during residential cleanup and renovation work.

Pricing is fixed and calculated in a simple order:

• Material type (determines the dumpster system)
• Placement duration (affects price but not dumpster type)
• Delivery zone (distance from Glenview determines whether a Delivery Distance Fee applies)

Rental Rates show the base price for each material type (6 heavy + 2 light). Duration and Delivery Distance Fees are added afterward.

Dumpster size is assigned automatically based on material type. There is no size selection and no custom jobs.
