All service is dispatched from our Glenview dispatch hub and scheduled to match residential access and material rules.

After you book:

• We confirm by text
• We schedule delivery based on residential access and placement rules
• The correct dumpster system is assigned automatically based on your material type
• Pickup happens after your selected placement duration

No labor, no hauling service, no custom jobs — just a clean residential mini dumpster drop-off and pickup.

To be eligible for service, your property must support:

• private residential placement only
• clear access for driveway, garage-fit, or private alley placement
• no street placement
• no blocked access (parked cars, locked gates, tight turns, low clearance)

If access is uncertain, send a photo of your driveway / garage / alley and we’ll confirm placement before dispatch.

Pricing is fixed and calculated in a simple order:

• Material type (determines the dumpster system)
• Placement duration (affects price but not dumpster type)
• Delivery zone (distance from Glenview determines whether a Delivery Distance Fee applies)

Rental Rates show the base price for each material type (6 heavy + 2 light). Duration and Delivery Distance Fees are added afterward.

Dumpster size is assigned automatically based on material type. There is no size selection and no custom jobs.

FAQ — placement rules, material rules, and unacceptable waste items

A $30 booking deposit reserves your delivery date and is applied toward your total rental cost.

Because your dispatch slot is held when you reserve a date, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

How it works:

• $30 reserves your delivery date (applied to your total)
• Remaining balance is due after delivery is verified
• If you're not home, we can verify delivery by photo text

Booking follows a fixed process:

• Select your material type
• Select placement duration
• Confirm delivery zone

The dumpster system is assigned automatically. Fixed SKUs only.

Booking is confirmed by text while automated checkout is finalized.
