Micro Dumpster operates as a residential mini dumpster dispatch hub, purpose-built for driveway, garage-fit, and private-property placement in space-constrained residential neighborhoods.
All residential mini dumpsters are staged, scheduled, and dispatched exclusively from Glenview.
GLENVIEW IS THE SYSTEM AUTHORITY
Glenview is the operational authority hub for routing, placement standards, and residential compliance across our service area.
This is a residential-only system built to avoid street placement and permit friction while keeping scheduling predictable.

All service is dispatched from our Glenview dispatch hub and placed on private residential property only.

Micro Dumpster is a residential-only mini dumpster system designed for private-property placement only.
Not supported:
- street placement
- commercial sites or contractors
- roll-off dumpsters
- junk hauling or labor-based removal
- custom pricing or negotiated jobs

HOW PRICING IS DETERMINED
Pricing is fixed and calculated in a simple order:
- Material type (determines the dumpster system)
- Placement duration (affects price but not dumpster type)
- Delivery zone (distance from Glenview determines whether a Delivery Distance Fee applies)
Rental Rates show the base price for each material type (6 heavy + 2 light). Duration and Delivery Distance Fees are added afterward.
Dumpster size is assigned automatically based on material type. There is no size selection and no custom jobs.
DELIVERY DISTANCE FEES (ZIP-BASED FROM GLENVIEW)
- Zone 1 (0–10 miles): included
- Zone 2 (10–15 miles): +$30
- Zone 3 (15–20 miles): +$60
- Zone 4 (20–25 miles): +$90
Delivery Distance Fees are separate from rental pricing and are based only on distance from Glenview.
DISPATCH AND PLACEMENT
All service is dispatched from our Glenview dispatch hub and placed on private residential property only.
Placement is residential-only by design, including driveway, garage-fit, and private alley access.
Rental duration (selected at booking):
- 24-hour weekday — included
- 3-day weekday — +$30
- Weekend (Sat–Mon) — +$40
WHY THIS SYSTEM IS GLENVIEW-FIRST
Traditional dumpsters are built for construction sites, not homes. This system exists to solve driveway fit, garage access, permit friction, and residential scheduling constraints in Glenview and similar neighborhoods.
The goal is simple: keep debris contained on private residential property using a residential-compatible dumpster system that fits how neighborhoods actually function.
HOA & ATTACHED HOUSING CONSIDERATIONS
Many Glenview neighborhoods include attached homes, shared driveways, and HOA-managed common areas where debris visibility quickly becomes a community-wide issue.
Residential placement standards reduce friction by keeping debris contained within private residential footprints—such as garages or designated driveway areas—before disruption occurs.

IMPORTANT: ACCESS REQUIREMENTS (BEFORE YOU BOOK)
To be eligible for service, your property must support:
- private residential placement only
- clear access for driveway, garage-fit, or private alley placement
- no street placement
- no blocked access (parked cars, locked gates, tight turns, low clearance)
If access is uncertain, send a photo of your driveway / garage / alley and we’ll confirm placement before dispatch.
BOOKING DEPOSIT (DATE RESERVATION)
A $30 booking deposit reserves your delivery date and is applied toward your total rental cost.
Because your dispatch slot is held when you reserve a date, the booking deposit is non-refundable.
How it works:
- $30 reserves your delivery date (applied to your total)
- Remaining balance is due after delivery is verified
- If you're not home, we can verify delivery by photo text
