You do not need to be home for delivery or pickup when placement and access are confirmed.

Live Load Is The One-Visit Option When Your Cleanout Is Already Finished, and The Material Is Prepared To Move.
If you've already cleaned out the garage, basement, house, or project area, you don't necessarily need to keep the dumpster for two days.
We bring the same proprietary 7-Yard Junk Dumpster, remain while you load for approximately 45 minutes, then haul it away during the same visit.
Close By. Organized. Ready to Load.
Have the material reasonably close to the approved loading area and prepared for immediate loading.
Material should be bagged, boxed, bundled, placed in garbage cans, buckets or other containers, or neatly stacked in manageable pieces when appropriate.
Loose, scattered, tangled or unsorted debris piles are not considered prepared for Live Load.
Have your loading help ready when we arrive.
