The 7-Yard Junk Dumpster is designed for interior residential cleanouts and non-structural remodeling debris that require volume rather than weight capacity.

This dumpster exists specifically for bulky household materials that are unsuitable for dense-material containers while remaining compatible with private residential placement.

All dumpsters are dispatched centrally and placed on private residential property only.

Critical rule:
This dumpster is not for plaster, tile, concrete, brick, masonry, or asphalt.

Loads containing prohibited materials cannot be serviced.

APPROVED MATERIALS

The following materials are accepted in the 7-yard junk dumpster when kept free of dense or prohibited materials:

Household junk and common residential waste
Furniture and household items
Interior non-structural remodeling debris
Interior framing lumber (2×4s, studs, non-structural wood)
Yard waste: branches (≤ 6" diameter)

All loads are weighed at disposal using official scale tickets.
Overages are based on actual scale weight.

NOT PERMITTED

The following materials are not accepted in the 7-yard junk dumpster:

Dirt, soil, or sod
Concrete, brick, or masonry
Plaster
Heavy flooring tile
Asphalt
Mixed loads containing dense materials

Material compliance is required. Loads containing prohibited materials or mixed with dense materials cannot be serviced.

GARAGE-COMPATIBLE BY DESIGN

The 7-Yard Junk Dumpster is designed to fit in residential garages and driveways where traditional dumpsters and roll-off containers cannot be placed.

This allows interior cleanouts and renovation debris to be handled without street placement, permits, or commercial equipment.

Garage placement availability depends on access and clearance at the property.
