RESIDENTIAL MINI Dumpster - RentaL Rates

All service is dispatched from our Glenview dispatch hub and placed on private residential property only.

Pricing is fixed and calculated in a simple order:

• Material type (determines the dumpster system)
• Placement duration (affects price but not dumpster type)
• Delivery zone (distance from Glenview determines whether a Delivery Distance Fee applies)

Rental Rates show the base price for each material type (6 heavy + 2 light). Duration and Delivery Distance Fees are added afterward.

Dumpster size is assigned automatically based on material type. There is no size selection and no custom jobs.

All 7-yard loads are weighed at disposal using official scale tickets.

Included weight limits:

• Junk & Interior Remodeling Debris: 3,000 lbs included
• Yard Waste Only: 2,000 lbs included

Overage rates (billed by actual scale weight):

• Junk & Interior Remodeling Debris: $100 per ton
• Yard Waste Only: $60 per ton

• Zone 1 (0–10 miles): included
• Zone 2 (10–15 miles): +$30
• Zone 3 (15–20 miles): +$60
• Zone 4 (20–25 miles): +$90

Delivery Distance Fees are separate from rental pricing and are based only on distance from Glenview.
